    Want to help make your LoCAR membership impact your business? This committee advocates for the importance of REALTOR membership, and promotes the association’s participation in civic projects. It also enforces professional standards and encourages member participation in LoCAR programs and events. Join this committee to reimagine and build LoCARs visibility and meaning to our community.

  • Community Service Committee

    Does the sound of doing a good deed, paying it forward, or having a positive impact on our community while connecting on a personal level with your peers sound like something you need in 2024? The Community Service Committee is tri-chaired by Debi, Theresa & Gabe, we need some big smiles, friendly faces and energetic people to join us to assist planning and executing some feel-good, soul-touching, emotional bank account-filling deeds.     We are looking for a few dynamic brokers who are invested in furthering education and are interested in helping the association offer quality continuing education classes. Help our LoCAR members expand their knowledge and expertise by shaping course curriculum and organizing classes.     Are interested in politics? Our Government Affairs & RPAC Committee are responsible for establishing and maintaining positive, productive relationships with the regulatory community, legislators, and our stakeholders. We collaborate to ensure our efforts support best practices in real estate & for property owners.
