LoCAR (Local)
The Lower Columbia Association of REALTORS® represents REALTORS® and Affiliates working in Cowlitz, Pacific, and Wahkiakum counties. We are members of the Washington REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.
Our membership is composed of residential and commercial REALTORS® who are brokers, salespeople, property managers, appraisers, counselors, and others engaged in all aspects of the real estate industry. Our REALTOR® members are pledged to a strict Code of Ethics that has been in place for over 100 years. Our Affiliate Members are composed of loan officers, title experts, escrow officers, home inspectors, insurance agents, and other business professionals related to the purchase and sale of real property.

Washington REALTORS® (State)
The Washington REALTORS® is our state association which advocates for REALTORS® and their clients and provides services to help members prosper.
