Lower Columbia Association of REALTORS® (LOCAL)
The Lower Columbia Association of REALTORS® represents REALTORS® and Affiliates working in Cowlitz, Pacific and Wahkiakum counties. We are members of the Washington REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.
Our membership is composed of residential and commercial REALTORS® who are brokers, salespeople, property managers, appraisers, counselors and others engaged in all aspects of the real estate industry. Our REALTOR® members are pledge to a strict Code of Ethics that has been in place for over 100 years. Our Affiliate Members are composed of loan officers, title experts, escrow officers, home inspectors, insurance agents and other business professionals related to the purchase and sale of real property.
Washington REALTORS® (STATE)
The Washington REALTORS® is our state association which advocates for REALTORS® and their clients and provides services to help members prosper.
National Association of REALTORS® (NATIONAL)
The National Association of REALTORS® is America’s largest trade association, representing 1.2 million members, including NAR’s institutes, societies and councils, involved in all aspects of the residential and commercial real estate industries. Members belong to one or more of approximately 1200 local associations/boards and 54 state and territory associations of REALTORS®.
